Coastwise is seeking a part-time (20-30 hours) Executive Assistant as part of the Coastwise team. The Executive Assistant will report directly to Scott Kyle, CEO & Chief Investment Officer. The Executive Assistant will allocate time as needed between Executive Assistant functions at the Coastwise level as well as tasks to be performed for Scott Kyle individually. The expected average time allocation between these two areas is 80%/20%. The ideal candidate will be someone with a financial background, but all resumes will be considered. Specific responsibilities apply both to Coastwise and Scott Kyle and include but are not limited to:


·         Handle all general office administration responsibilities, filing, calendaring, communication and phone messages with clients, employees, and        others, tactfully screen calls, and greet visitors

·         Oversee marketing initiatives, including various community events

·         Bookkeeping/accounting

·         Data management

·         Complete special projects as requested by management and other duties as required by position
